Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mafa, Borno State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦1,550 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
