Prep cook — Hamilton County

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Hamilton County, Texas. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
