Fry cook — Obafemi Owode

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Obafemi Owode, Ogun State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
