Immediate opening: hoist operator (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hoist operator in Champaign County, Ohio. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
