Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Dima Hasao District, Assam. The job is in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets You should bring able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm; able to read engineering drawings and GD&T; minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₹14,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
