Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Box Butte County, Nebraska. The job is at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site On a typical shift you will work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
