Café server — Middlesex County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time with occasional weekends.
