Backhoe operator — Somervell County

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Somervell County, Texas. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance. Requirements: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
