Port container crane operator wanted in Mason County

Join our team: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Mason County, Illinois. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. You should have: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits Performance bonus on top of base pay.
