Bakery assistant — Gassol

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Gassol, Taraba State. You will work in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight We offer ₦130,000 per month plus benefits.
