Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Upson County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
