Your main tasks: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦7,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
