Line cook • Ohafia, Abia State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Ohafia, Abia State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
