We are recruiting: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Shomgom, Gombe State. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Day-to-day duties: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Full-time with occasional weekends.
