Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dozer operator in Baldwin County, Alabama. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels The role involves spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
