We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Lavaca County, Texas. Day to day you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
