Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages 1+ years on the tools preferred.
