Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Scioto County, Ohio. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
