Painter and decorator — Karaye

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Karaye, Kano State. The job is in a factory paint shop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding On the job you will handle: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦230,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
