Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in DeWitt County, Illinois. The role involves measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 5+ years on the tools preferred.
