Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Oke Ero, Kwara State. You will work in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
