Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
