Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
