Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Armstrong County, Texas. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
