Prep cook — Ezinihitte

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Ezinihitte, Imo State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
