Halal butcher • Ezza North, Ebonyi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Ezza North, Ebonyi State. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
