Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Brass, Bayelsa State. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
