Commis chef — Lunglei

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Lunglei, Mizoram. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Rotating shifts.
