Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
