Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down We are looking for food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; good teamwork and clear communication under pressure. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
