Join our team: bread and bun maker (Delta State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sapele, Delta State. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
