Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Mubi North, Adamawa State. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
