Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ibaji, Kogi State. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Full-time, day shift. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
