We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Alexander County, Illinois. You will work in a supermarket meat department. The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
