We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Weakley County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence On a typical shift you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger.
