Line cook — Nolan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Nolan County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
