Join our team: we are hiring a gardener in DeWitt County, Texas. You will be based at a plant nursery. Day to day you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs. What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Six days a week, one day off.
