Bread and bun maker wanted in Lamar County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Lamar County, Alabama. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
