What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
