Halal butcher — Darazo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Darazo, Bauchi State. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Rotating shifts.
