Materials handling operator wanted in Thurston County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a materials handling operator in Thurston County, Washington. You will be based at a container loading yard. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required The role involves keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
