You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate ₹34,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off.
