Toolroom milling operator wanted in Oyun

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Oyun, Kwara State. You will work in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦210,000 per month plus benefits. Share your details and we will call you back.
