Catering cook • Summit County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Summit County, Ohio. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
