Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages We are looking for ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change.
