Bakery assistant wanted in Anglesey

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Anglesey, Wales. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
