Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Olorunda, Osun State. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Able to read load charts and lifting plans You will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines.
