Hand presser wanted in Stanton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hand presser in Stanton County, Kansas. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets You will press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure.
