Grill cook wanted in Webster County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Webster County, Georgia. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
