Short order cook — Dandume

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Dandume, Katsina State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
